Building Discipline, Respect & Community
KIAI International – Sri Lanka is a multi-discipline martial arts community. We teach traditional technique with modern coaching, shaping confident athletes and respectful human beings.
What we do: Structured programs in Karate, Kobudo, Kickboxing, Yoga, Workout, and Sports Preparation. Training is age-appropriate and safety-first, with clear grading milestones.
How we coach: Small-group attention, certified instructors, evidence-based progressions, and a culture of mutual respect.
